    Not a bad spot for a coffee and a snack whilst getting some work done! Especially clutch if you need to be in the fashion district for one reason or another. I probably wouldn't come out of my way to work at Ben N Lin in the future, but I'm glad to know it's here.

    The shop itself is surprisingly large for the area and has two floors to spread out on. I ordered an americano and an avocado toast, neither of which wowed me--I particularly didn't love the salsa situation on the toast, but that's just me. The barista/server was quick and helpful and even came to our table to clear it, which is sort of rare for a coffee shop IMHO.

    Parking is a hot metered mess like most of downtown, so expect to look around a bit. This isn't terribly close/walkable to any other DTLA staples, but it's cool that there are a couple very solid coffee shops in this area!

    I love coming here every morning before I head to the fashion district. The staff is extremely nice. They have so many options, truly something for everyone! I highly recommend the avocado toast.. some of the best I've ever had!

    I love this place, they have great lattes. The place is also very pleasant, quiet for studying and they also have free wifi. Parking shouldn't be a problem, there are lots of parking.

    Great find! Was in downtown and wanted a caffeine pick me up and saw this place nearby. Small spot on the corner of crocker st. It wasn't very busy so it was nice to walk up and immediately give my order.  The staff here were very nice and friendly. Had my order done right away. They have a few pastry items and snack in the store. I picked up a pack of ramen to eat at work later. They have some tables inside for you to sit to take a break from thr hot weather. Would come back again!
